With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and more than 20 years of cross-domain experience - including mobile applications, IT consulting, flight simulation, aerospace, and consumer electronics - Tiani brings a complexity-informed lens to product design and systemic change. She co-developed, with Dr. Jabe Bloom and Michael Woodley, a framework for observability in socio-technical systems - work grounded in praxis, the integration of theory and practice to generate new knowledge and enduring impact.
